When is the Patna Half Marathon 2018 event? What are the timings?
The Patna Half Marathon 2018 will be held on 16th December, 2018. Timings of the event can be seen in the categories section of the website.
Where is the event going to be conducted?
All the races will start and end at Gandhi Maidan. For exact route kindly refer to the route map link on the website: https://patnamarathonbihar.com/route/
How do I register?
Online Registration: You can register online by clicking “Register Now” link and paying through a choice of Debit Card / Credit Card or Net Banking.
Offline Registration: Offline registration for the event can be done at the following places using cash :-
1. Gold’s Gym Boring Road – Address: Om Kashyap, Kavi Raman Path, Nageshwar Colony, Boring Road
2. Gold’s Gym Rajendra Nagar – Address: Dinkar Golumbar, R K Avenue Road, Rajendra Nagar
3. LBW Restaurant Rajbanshi Nagar – Address: Urja Stadium, Rajbanshi Nagar
How much is the registration fee?
Half Marathon (21.1 kms) ₹ 900. 10K Run ₹ 800. 4K Fun Run/Walk ₹ 400.
What does the Registration fee cover?
The fee covers entry to the main race event, health & wellness expo entry, a goodie bag with t-shirt, race details and bib.
Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?
For Half Marathon, the minimum age to participate is 18 years. For 10K Run, the minimum age is 15 years, and for 4K Fun Run/Walk the minimum age is 13 years. All minors must be accompanied by adults. What is the last date of registration?
The last date of registration is 10th December 2018. However, we may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. We request you to register early and not wait till the end.
Note: Participants registering on expo days are not assured T-shirt and goodie bag. They will be subject to availability.
Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?
Sorry, no cancellations are possible and registration fees are non-refundable.
Can I change my category once I have registered? For example, if I have registered for the Half Marathon, can I now change to a 10km event? Or vice versa?
No request for change in race category will be entertained. Be careful while selecting your race category at the time of registration.
Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?
Please send an email to support@patnamarathonbihar.com with correct details. However, we do not give any assurance to change the details once you have given the information.
There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 30 working days automatically. However, please email support@patnamarathonbihar.com with details of your registration – date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
